Skills at Plant
Regular training sessions are organized to all employees for upgrading their skills and cGMP knowledge, especially of personnel engaged in manufacturing activities at the Plant. New employees are given proper induction with appropriate guidelines. Training needs are identified by the department managers. Annual training sessions are also scheduled for employees on SOP’s and cGMP and undertaken by qualified trainer of organization and sometimes through external agencies. Training records and skill evaluation are compiled in the individual training files of employee by QA department
